  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
Return Process

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if eligible).
  3. Once we receive the item, we’ll inspect and notify you of the refund status.
Refund Timings
  • Approved refunds are credited within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), we’ll cover shipping.
  • For other cases, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
