Return & Refund Eligibility
You received the wrong order or missing items.
The food was spoiled, contaminated, or not safe to consume.
Your order was not fulfilled, and payment was processed.
The order was cancelled by us due to unavailability or unforeseen issues.
Non-Refundable Cases
Orders collected more than 5 minutes after the commencement of the designated break time are not eligible for a refund.
Any issues reported more than 5 minutes after order collection are not eligible for a refund.
You changed your mind after placing the order.
You provided the wrong contact details.
You didn’t answer calls or show up during order collection.
Refund Process
Customers must report any issues to the kitchen staff along with the order within 5 minutes of order collection.
The canteen staff will evaluate and assess the order and determine eligibility for a refund.
If the refund request is denied, the order will be returned to the customer, and no refund will be initiated.
If the refund request is approved, the customer must submit an email to aarav.shopify2101@gmail.com including the following details:
Order ID
Description of the issue
Any relevant photographs
Customer’s full name
Contact phone number
UPI ID
Our team will review the submitted information and respond within 24 hours.
Refund Timings
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note:
Replacement of orders will not be provided under any circumstances. All reported issues are eligible for a refund only.
