Who we are
Jhattse Stays helps travellers find and book hotels, resorts and homestays. Every property on the platform is run by an independent partner, who maintains its own rooms, rates and availability with us. We provide the technology to search, price and book those rooms, and the customer support around your booking.
The platform is operated by Esangrah Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated in India. Jhattse is our brand name; Esangrah Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is the legal entity you transact with on this website.
How booking works
1. Pick dates and guests
Choose your check-in, check-out, number of rooms, adults and children. Prices and availability are fetched live for exactly that stay.
2. See the full price
The room price, taxes and any extra-guest charges are calculated on our server and shown before you pay. The amount you see is the amount you are charged.
3. Book and get confirmation
Your booking is confirmed with the property and you receive the confirmation details by email and message.
4. Stay with the hotel
You check in at the property. The hotel is the service provider for your stay.
What you can expect
One price, no surprises
The total shown on the room card, in the booking summary and at checkout comes from the same calculation, taxes included.
Live availability
Rooms are shown only when they are available for every night of your stay. If a property is full, we tell you so.
Clear policies
Cancellation terms are shown before you pay. See the Refund Policy, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
Payments
Depending on the property, you either pay online while booking or pay at the property when you check in. The payment option and the amount payable are shown in your booking summary before you confirm. Online payments are processed through a licensed payment gateway; we never store your card details.

Who charges my payment?
This is shown on each property page and at checkout. Some properties collect payment online through the platform, and some ask you to pay at the property. Your booking summary states which applies before you confirm.
How are prices and taxes calculated?
Room rates come from the rate and availability the hotel maintains with us. GST is applied as per the prevailing slabs on the room tariff per night, and extra-guest charges are added only when your party exceeds the room’s included occupancy. Children under 12 are not counted towards extra guests.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation terms are set by each property and shown on the room card and at checkout. Refunds are processed as per the policy that applied when you booked. See our Refund Policy for the general process.
