Booking Terms
- You are making a booking with the hotel or stay property directly.
- Please review the room, tariff, inclusions, taxes, and cancellation policy before confirming the booking.
- Changes or cancellations may attract the charges mentioned in the cancellation rules.
- You may be asked to provide valid identification proof and payment details during check-in.
- Services, meals, amenities, early check-in, late checkout, or other inclusions not listed in the booking may be chargeable.
Guest Responsibilities
- Guests must provide accurate booking, contact, and guest details.
- Guests are expected to follow house rules, check-in/check-out timings, and local regulations.
- The property may refuse check-in if mandatory documents are not provided or if the booking details are invalid.
Payment
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or as per the payment terms shown at the time of booking.
- Any pending amount, security deposit, damage charge, or additional service charge may be collected by the property.
Cancellation Rules
- If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, the full amount will be refunded.
- If cancellation is done between 5 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
- If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
- In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
