Refund Policy
Please review these stay policies before confirming your booking with KANDHA RESIDENCY.
This refund policy applies to stay bookings made with KANDHA RESIDENCY. Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation time, booking terms, and payment status.
Cancellation Refunds
- If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, the full amount will be refunded.
- If cancellation is done between 5 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged and the balance will be refunded.
- If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
- In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged and no refund will be issued.
Refund Process
- Contact the property with your booking ID, guest name, and cancellation reason.
- The property will verify your booking date, cancellation date, and applicable charges.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
Refund Timings
- Approved refunds are usually processed within 5 to 10 business days.
- Bank, card, UPI, or payment gateway timelines may vary after the refund is initiated.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or taxes may be non-refundable where applicable.
- Used services, add-ons, damages, or penalties charged during the stay are not refundable.
