By making a booking with Hotel Ganga Vista & Restaurant, you agree to the booking terms, cancellation rules, payment requirements, and property policies listed below.

Booking Terms

You are making a booking with the hotel or stay property directly.
Please review the room, tariff, inclusions, taxes, and cancellation policy before confirming the booking.
Changes or cancellations may attract the charges mentioned in the cancellation rules.
You may be asked to provide valid identification proof and payment details during check-in.
Services, meals, amenities, early check-in, late checkout, or other inclusions not listed in the booking may be chargeable.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must provide accurate booking, contact, and guest details.
Guests are expected to follow house rules, check-in/check-out timings, and local regulations.
The property may refuse check-in if mandatory documents are not provided or if the booking details are invalid.

Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment or as per the payment terms shown at the time of booking.
Any pending amount, security deposit, damage charge, or additional service charge may be collected by the property.

Cancellation Rules

If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, the full amount will be refunded.
If cancellation is done between 5 and 7 days prior to arrival, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, the full booking amount will be charged.
In case of no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.
